Elevation gain and loss: 3820ft
Shorter Course Options:
Mile 3.5 – Aid table only – water and electrolyte, first aid supplies – no staff. 7 Mile out and back Option. Please be aware that runners and mountain bikers may be going in both directions between the start finish and Lizard Rock. Share the trail.
Mile 6.7 – Lizard Rock Aid – water, electrolyte, fruit, salt tablets, gels, first aid supplies, bike tubes/air – staffed
13.4 Mile Out and Back Option – Turn around anywhere in this 6.7 mile stretch – Lizard Rock is your final turn around spot. Please be aware that runners and mountain bikers may be going in both directions between the start finish and Lizard Rock. Share the trail.
There is a lot of difficult and steep climbing after mile 6.7. So if you aren’t up for it this is your turnaround point.
